Good Food
Eating well means eating healthily! We’ve been running healthy eating classes for adults and children for years in local schools and for Westminster Adult Education Services. We have recently added new courses at South Thames College. Participants learn to cook, not just well but economically - at the same time masting the principles of kitchen safety, hygiene, nutrition and budgeting and, above all, having fun eating and cooking together.
